  • Customers will be notified if any delay occurs.

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all rug orders.
  • No additional shipping charges unless specifically mentioned during checkout.

International Shipping

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on destination country, rug size, weight, and shipping method.
  • Exact shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Delivery: 3–10 business days

International

  • Standard Delivery: 7–21 business days
  • Delivery timelines may vary due to customs clearance, local courier services, weather conditions, or peak seasons.
