By opting in to the Silver Sydney SMS program, you agree to these SMS / Text Messaging Terms.
1. Program Description
Our SMS program sends marketing and transactional messages, including offers, product updates, and order or shipping notifications, on behalf of DEKONCEPT Inc. d/b/a Silver Sydney.
2. Consent
You opt in by providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts (for example, by checking the SMS consent box at checkout or texting a keyword). Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. You may receive recurring messages based on your interactions with us.
4. Cost
Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan. We are not responsible for charges from your carrier.
5. Opt-Out and Help
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP or email support@silversydney.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
6. Eligibility
You must be the account holder or have authority to opt in the mobile number, and be of legal age to consent in your jurisdiction.
7. Privacy
Information collected through the SMS program is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8. Changes
We may modify or terminate the SMS program at any time. We will notify you of material changes where required by applicable law.
