Origin of Our Products Our rugs are handcrafted by skilled artisans in India and are imported and sold by DEKONCEPT Inc. Country of origin: India.

Order Processing Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Custom or made-to-order rugs may require additional production time, which we will communicate at the time of order. You will receive a confirmation and tracking details once your order ships.

Transit Times After processing, standard delivery within the U.S. typically takes 3–7 business days. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, peak seasons, or carrier delays.

Shipping Charges Shipping costs (if any) are calculated and displayed at checkout based on destination and order details.

Carriers We ship through established carriers, which may include DHL, FedEx, UPS, and USPS, among others. The carrier may vary based on destination and order size.

Risk of Loss and Transit Damage Risk of loss passes upon delivery to the carrier. All shipments are insured against loss or damage in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will make it right in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
