What payment methods do you accept?

Do you offer installment payments?

Yes, Shop Pay Installments may be available at checkout to split your total into easy, interest-free payments (subject to eligibility).

Why did my payment fail?

Payments can fail due to incorrect card details, insufficient funds, or bank authorization issues. Please double-check your info or contact your bank for support.

Will I be charged sales tax?

Sales tax is calculated based on your shipping location and will be applied at checkout as per local regulations.

Can I use more than one payment method on an order?

No, our system only allows one payment method per order.

Do you offer any financing or credit options?

Not directly. However, eligible customers may choose Shop Pay Installments at checkout for split payments.

Will I get a receipt or payment confirmation?

Yes. A detailed order confirmation email with payment details will be sent to you immediately after your purchase.

Is payment charged immediately after placing the order?

Yes, your payment is authorized and captured at the time your order is placed.

Can I change the payment method after placing my order?

Unfortunately, we cannot change the payment method once your order is confirmed. You may cancel and reorder if necessary (before shipping).
