Limited Warranty Parameters

We warrant explicitly that our delivered items will be free from material defects in structural workmanship at the precise time of carrier delivery. If an item arrives with functional manufacturing defects, transit damage, or a material variance from its description, please communicate directly with our desk within **7 days of delivery** with clear photographic validation.

This limited warranty covers:

  • Structural manufacturing defects present exclusively at the time of delivery.
  • Items that display an absolute material variance from their verified product descriptions.
  • Merchandise subjected to verifiable structural damage during the shipping transit window.

This limited warranty strictly excludes:

  • Standard physical wear and tear occurring over extended periods of domestic usage.
  • Damage resulting from improper handling, cleaning applications, or unventilated storage.

Handmade Product Variations Notice
