Where does Silver Sydney Ship?

We currently ship to all 50 states in the USA. We are continuously working to expand our shipping capabilities. International shipping will be announced once available.

Are Taxes & Duties covered?

Sales tax will be added where applicable based on your shipping address. For international shipments, duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

How much will I have to pay for shipping?

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping takes 5–7 business days, while expedited options are available at checkout.

Will I pay for return shipping?

How do I change my shipping address?

If your order has not shipped, please contact us immediately at support@silversydney.com. Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to change the address.

I placed my order, but I want to add expedited shipping. What should I do?

Please contact our support team as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been processed, we will do our best to upgrade your shipping method.

How do I delay the shipment of my order?

If you need to delay shipping, reach out to our customer support before your order ships. We’ll accommodate your request wherever possible.

My shipment arrived damaged. What should I do next?

Please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will initiate a claim and arrange for a replacement or refund.

I was shipped the wrong item. What should I do?

If you receive the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll provide instructions for return and ship you the correct item at no additional cost.

Will my order be delivered on the weekend?

Weekend delivery depends on your location and the carrier. While most deliveries occur on business days, some carriers may deliver on Saturdays.
