Custom and made-to-order rugs are non-cancellable and non-refundable once production has begun. Because each rug is handcrafted specifically to your specifications, we are unable to accept cancellations, modifications, or returns after production starts — except in cases of manufacturing defect, shipping damage, or as otherwise required by applicable law.
